Amy is a Holistic Low Carb Registered Dietitian, with a passion for advocating to transform our broken healthcare system, whether this means working with healthcare professionals on their digital marketing strategies, nutrition copywriting, or working with patients on improving their metabolic health and reversing chronic disease using nutrition and lifestyle modifications. Amy received her Bachelor’s in Marketing from Viterbo University in La Crosse, WI, and Masters in Public Health with her Registered Dietitian credential from Colorado School of Public Health – CSU & Anschutz campuses. She is excited to lend a helping hand as the Marketing Manager for the Low Carb Conferences team with marketing needs ranging from content creation for emails, social media, and overall communications!
