Georgia Ede, MD

Dr Ede is a Harvard-trained, board-certified psychiatrist specializing in nutrition and brain metabolism. She speaks internationally on ketogenic and other dietary approaches to mental health disorders, the nutritional differences between plant and animal foods, Alzheimer’s prevention, public nutrition policy, and many other popular topics. She has nearly two decades of clinical experience including many years as a college psychiatrist and nutrition consultant at Harvard University Health Services and Smith College. Passionate about health education and science literacy, she empowers people by taking them behind the headlines of modern nutrition studies in search of reliable information they can use to improve their health.
