We are holding our event at the brand new Marriott Gaylord Rockies resort and convention center that opened December, 2018. Gaylord hotels have a great reputation. The property is located minutes from Denver International Airport. Convenient location and only 5,300 feet above sea level, so the altitude should not be a big issue! The conference will be held in the Colorado Ballroom A conveniently located on level 3 of the convention center. We have additional break-out space, a large pre-function area and outdoor areas with great mountain views. Plenty of room for vendors, poster presentations and mingling. Coffee, tea and water will be provided plus vendor food samples. Starbucks, grab-and-go and many other food options are available throughout the resort. Locals and out-of-town guests will definitely enjoy the experience.
There is a King Soopers market and shopping center only 10 minutes away located at 18605 Green Valley Ranch Blvd, Denver, CO 80249.
